全境封锁天资Talent列表

《全境封锁》中每个人物都可以装备天资（Talents）来提升自己的能力，天资最多可以装4个，透过升级或Perks解锁，下面是天资一览。

Medical 医疗部门

*註1: 感觉应该是满血情况下才对但是手上的资讯是这样写

*註2: 技能是指掩体, 枪塔, 各类施放下来并且有血量的技能. 40%不确定是目标的血量40%还是补血包回復量的40%
