《逃离死亡岛》本次新加入了不少隐藏成就供玩家探索，系列游戏本身就有很高的可玩性，新作的设定也让游戏在打僵尸、生存的同时有更多可探索的元素，下面带来全成就一览，一起来看看吧。

本作包含50个成就项目，其中隐藏成就高达24个，也充分说明了本作的可玩性。
